1. Introduction to Future Tense

The Future Tense is used to talk about actions that will happen in the future.

2. Use of “Will”

We use “will” for:

Sentence Type Structure Example
Affirmative Subject + will + verb I will help you.
Negative Subject + will not + verb She will not come.
Question Will + subject + verb? Will you call me?

3. Use of “Going To”

We use “going to” for:

Affirmative Subject + is/am/are + going to + verb I am going to study English.
Negative Subject + is/am/are + not + going to + verb He is not going to travel.
